Reviews
"Best apartments in Tucson. The staff often do great things for our community. They have a wrapping station and a decoration contest for the holidays and for valentine's day they do a drive thru breakfast for every resident. My son and I lived here for 3 years. It's safe, affordable and all the staff are just wonderful. I love Deerfied Village"
"Happy with my home! Leasing office staff are friendly pros who always get it done. I've never had issues with communication or getting help when needed. The maintenance staff and grounds keepers are always helpful and attentive. One of the best apartment complexes I've lived in."
"I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to write a review on the management practices of Deerfield Village. The apartments are roach and rat infested and any attempt to get management to deal with the problem resulted in them sending traps with no follow up, which does nothing to address the source of the issue. Contractors were ineffective at cleaning up a flooding issue and just made the place worse. Upon move out you will be charged a ridiculous cleaning fee that will go towards “fixing” the issues they should have taken care of when living there. The cleaning fee made no sense and was above normal wear and tears. Avoid until new management prioritized tenant health and safety."
"I never write reviews but this place is reprehensible. Roaches and rats everywhere. They hire cheap and inexperienced contractors to “fix” issues that end up never getting resolved. Better to hire your own contractors and deduct that cost from your rent payments. They came up with bogus reasons to withhold the security deposit that just came down to the place being lived in for over a year, including coming after me for charges that were the result of their ineptitude in updating the place. Don’t trust that they’ll document the issues with the place before you move in, because they’ll end up blaming you regardless. Beware of this company!"
"My daughter rented there and did her best to get help with electrical issues, mold and roaches. When she moved out they claimed that she had some sort of issue that did not happen when she was there. She was still charged for it and felt compelled to pay as they sent it to a collector. This is a person who leaves a place cleaner than when she gets there, not to mention not in debt of any kind. She’s not a partier and hard working. My advice- there are nicer places in the area that are cleaner and have better management."
