"i am so lucky i found this apt. had to leave phoenix and i needed a shuttle service since im disabled. not only is the staff great and kind our shuttle concierge is named danny he goes out of his way and helps everyone. i have been here since july 2023 and never had a complaint . if your looking for a great senior community this is the one. thanks again to everyone here"

"Suson is the Manager here and has brought a wonderful energy to the place. My mother moved here at the end of September and is thriving. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance fellas are on point. Front office staff goes above and beyond to provide activities and personalized attention. They even have a shuttle service that takes folks to different stores each day, Monday - Friday. The shuttle driver, Danny, is amazing!"

"I love Broadway East and would never leave if my job wasn't so far away. The entire staff are some of the most friendly people that I have ever rented from. "I love my new apartment. So much care and detail went into making the (a little bit) older building feel like a welcoming palace. The staff are simply incredible as they stop and 'listen' to each and every person. They happily and creatively put on events for us and as a senior here I feel safe and engaged. Very social here, the pool is amazing and they supply a shuttle for shopping for those, like me, who no longer drive. This is my forever home. Now, if we could just get the other tenants to quit leaving gates open......."
