"Living here is nice. They have an on-site laundry room that gets cleaned regularly, two playgrounds, a convenient side gate, three dumpster locations, and a pool. Management is nice. And the maintenance guys are nice too. Catalunya is within walking distance of a grocery store, tool store, pharmacy, urgent care, dollar store, vet and bus stops."

"The Catalunya apartments have been a God send. I am appreciative of the opportunity to live here. I have lived here for a few years to current. Rent is easy to pay. AC is good. The pool is looking great. I look forward to swimming in it once it opens. I can honestly say that I respect and appreciate the management, Anna. She doesn't beat around the bush with her explanations and expectations and can be respectful while doing to ensure there are no misunderstandings. The maintenance, when informed properly, fixes things in an appropriate time frame based on the urgency of a situation. Thank you to the Catalunya team for your hard work and dedication."

"Is this apartment starving? Because they seem really money hungry. Every tiny inconvenience that happens, they charge you at least 100 dollars. I once had a broken cabinet, after giving me a USED cabinet, I get charged 300$. That’s half my rent!?! Also, If you have a broken pipe for example, and get it fixed by someone else, they take it out/off and replace it then CHARGE MORE!?! Lastly, when people went swimming in the pool, everyone got charged 150$ for their mistake? I didn’t get charged, but my friend did, and I just think this is unfair and disappointing what this apartment charges people for."

"This ‘place’ seriously needs to be shutdown or put under new management. I am so frustrated with this new management. My AC and most peoples Ac this summer is broken.. this is Tucson Az where temperatures can go well over 100. It’s shady that they ‘fixed’ my AC without me even asking them since my AC was fine before, now it’s not even half as cold as it was before and I feel scammed and not ONLY THAT the swimming pool has been ‘broken’ for 4 years now, AND NOT ONLY THAT the management is so incompetent and bad-mannered, except to their favorites of course. Additionally it doesn’t make sense that this new management is charging for maintenance when this is literally low income housing? They never used to do that with the old management, people can’t afford ‘maintenance’ which by the way sucks since they are so incapable at actually fixing anything."
