"Sabrina is AMAZING! She did an amazing job with moving me in my apartment is very informative. I would highly recommend her for a go to if u plan on moving to Sedona Springs Apartments."
"Just moved (2nd day), the apartment is not bad, I already saw a roach not a big deal as long as the apartment is clean they shouldn't be a problem. No AC or Heat, now that is a small problem. I wished for transparency that way I could prepare myself. I have a heater so that is not an issue. I am worried about the AC since Arizona gets hot and I am on the top floor. I am going to have to spend money on a portable AC as a backup because I don't know what to expect. I created a ticket today, will keep ya'll updated. Then I will add more stars. UPDATED: I raised the rating to 2 more stars because they went out and beyond to get my issues resolved. I will give it a 5 star once my first year is complete. So far the people are great! The apartments are good. As long as you have a backup plan for lost of AC and Heat. The AC fan makes a loud grinding noise when it stops so I won't be using it at night. I have a portable AC for that. Other then that, it is an old apartment but stable. I like it so far. They are also fixing and remodeling it so that is a plus."
"I had an issue with my reservation. I spoke to De Loraine at the front desk. She took my information with a promise to call me after she researched the situation. Well, she called me back & updated me on my status, as she said she would. It’s so wonderful to know Sedona Springs has competent, responsible people working at the front desk!"
"My lease is at the end, and it couldn't be sooner. I have had 18 work orders, and I haven't been here a year. They range from no A/C, no hot water, and a quarter inch gap at the bottom of my door (gave up that fight after they continuously put rubber on the frame to try and correct the issue instead of replacing the door). Currently I have no hot water and there is no update to when it will be solved (it's been out three weeks). The property's solution.. use a vacant unit so that tenants can "share" the shower during business hours, not only is that unsanitary its absurd. The thermostat does not work I have to turn the entire unit off or on depending on what I want. A working thermostat is for "upgraded" units. The bug problem is absolutely ridiculous and had I known that this was an issue I never would have signed a lease here at all. I tried to give this property the benefit of the doubt and it was a mistake. Yes management has changed constantly to their defense every new manager is already coming into a dumpster fire to deal with an abundance of issues. While I am beyond frustrated with the lack of hot water its not all the current regime's fault."
"This is one of the cheapest places to rent in the city and it shows. The staff is kind enough but all of the one star reviews are true (run down unit, no heat/AC, cockroaches, lack of responsiveness, etc). It seems the staff want to run a nice complex but they outsource the repair of their terrible boiler system and all pest control to companies that must not be affective. I’ve been here a few months and just hoped I moved in at a bad time but based on other folks reviews, it’s not that. If you move into this complex bring roach spray, a space heater, cleaning supplies, and don’t be surprised when parole police are nearby. You know what you signed up for with the price, it’s a low quality apartment for a low price. Side note: the generic response on these reviews is brutal, just do better. Adding a name doesn’t make it more heartfelt. I want hot water and less bugs, not a Google review response."
