"My student (I teach English classes for adults) told me this about Mountain Terrace in April 2021 and I decided to share it here: There were bed bugs in the apartment. Bed bugs were already there before moving in. It was also dirty, but the bed bugs really show that management is irresponsible. It's their responsibility to exterminate bed bugs. Fighting bed bugs on your own with no exterminator, on little to no sleep since the bugs bite at night, is horrific."

"I originally was skeptical about Mountain Terrace because of the area the complex was located in. When I arrived I found the office pretty easily as the unit is marked. The door was open and I was invited in and treated like family. The property manager was very professional and took the time to go over every question I had and explain to me in detail all of the extras the complex offered such as security cameras with 24 hour surveillance and 24 hour emergency handy man service. The laundry room is even ran from debit and credit cards limiting theft and vandalism. The property was clean and quiet and within forty five minutes I filled out an application. Two days later I was approved and moved in to my bottom floor unit. I have been here now for 16 months and could not be happier. Anytime I have an issue it is immediately taken care of. As far as drama or noise issues it’s always domestic and that gets addressed as soon as management is alerted also. I literally have been a renter for 19 years and this is the happiest and most comfortable I have ever been."
