"I've been moved in for about a week and half by this point and so far everything has been good. There have been a few issues here and there, but they were dealt with and corrected very quickly. The Office Staff have been very kind, professional, and helpful. I am a very picky person at times and you can be sure that if anything changes or it goes south I WILL be saying something. But, as I stated before, at this point in time everything is good."

"Maria was amazing! This was the smoothest renting experience I've ever had. I was worried about qualifying, but Maria was up front with me and open throughout the process. I spent 15 minutes competing the application while at the property, and that was it. Maria called me 2 hours later and was genuinely as excited as I was to tell me I was approved. She was so kind, and the property is nice and quite. The apartment was really really clean too! I'm really excited! Thank you for all your help, and for genuinely caring. Sadly, its not everyday you come across true down to earth people that want to help, but you are absolutely the exception. I can't thank you enough!!!"

"This is my second year at Ridgepointe and I genuinely love the experience. I haven’t had a single issue with discomfort or the community and the neighbors all seem friendly. The buildings itself are very comfortable & are spacious! I will also say that the management and staff here are all so helpful! Just today I’ve gotten help with Maria in the front office and she was amazing! She was respectful/kind, gave great feedback & advice and walked me through step by step with each question I had. "I have been here over a year. The staff is wonderful and very friendly in the office and always approachable. The grounds staff work hard through the day to keep the areas clean. It’s nice to see the crystal clear pool and bubbling jacuzzi. My neighbors are very respectful and I feel safe in my apartment.
