"My husband and I have lived here 4 years ...was ready to move because this is our 3rd management company, Turns out they are the best so far at tackling the hard issues one by one. Now we are reconsidering and do appreciate their efforts...I see a difference. Maybe my next review will be 4 stars and I am willing to see how things go...I wish them all the best"

"Do not move here! The manager is absolutely not the greatest human. I had a leak in my place for over a week In December, so their way of fixing it was to turn my hot water off for my bathroom sink. It became so bad that the sub flooring needs to be replaced and the moisture caused the entire mirror to fall off and shatter in there. I let them know and she told me I should take care of it myself, It took them 24 hours to get in there and clean it up. Due to the incompetence of this facility I asked to get out of my lease due to them not holding up their end, and JESSICA STATED THAT SHE WOULD LET ME OUT AT THE END OF MARCH BUT WOULD NOT FIX ANY OF THE ISSUES!! I have never wrote a review before even when I thought I should have but this time is different. I would keep driving by if you are thinking about renting there, especially if she is still the manager! It is sad that legal action has to be taken at this point. Just want out of my lease."

"The new management company and the new staff is what this property has needed for the past 2 years. The previous staff was so rude! I hated going into the office because they were so rude. The other day I needed help looking for a package and had no choice but to go in and ask for help. I asked in and was greeted with a smile which had never happen before. And Brittany was really helpful! She found my package and made it a point to ask if I need anything else which help me remember to put in a work order for maintenance. The maintenance guy came right over and helped me with my disposal and dishwasher. The next day the manager called to “folllow up” on the work! What??? That has never happened in the last 5 years! I really hope this staff stays around!!"

"Recently moved in and I’m really happy here. The ladies in the office are very helpful. I need a first floor apartment immediately and Cassie found me the most perfect apartment. Best part is my little place has a fireplace. I see maintenance on property cleaning up every morning. The location of this property is what sold me. I’m walking distance from so many restaurants and the grocery store. Thank you Peaks Staff for all your help!"
