"Currently living here, and there are a lot of room for improvements. Lots of dogs allowed that bark all the time, at night and during the day. Wonderful when you're on shifts and try to find the owners. Water that gets shut off because of an issue for almost two days and no rent compensation. Old A/C units that break down and take a while to repair. With all the surface of the roofing, why don't we have solar panels to lower our electric bills? I think the property could definitely lower the rent to 1500 or less. It would make up for quite a few things that are wrong. More recycling bins would help instead of one way in the back. Also outlets that are broken and can't be used."

"Very quiet, and friendly community of people!! I feel safe walking around at night, and the office is always very quick getting back to me with any questions or maintenance requests I’ve had! It’s also a great place for your pets to live, there’s lots of potty stations and the office always has cookies for your fur babies!! If you’re considering applying to live in these apartments, do it!"

Starting from the very beginning, the staff are very friendly and accommodating when going through the lease process, and have no issues answering any questions we have. The grounds around the property are lovely and well kept. The maintenance crew is very professional, and gets things done quickly without hassle. All the amenities are a plus as well."
