"It took over a month before my maintenance issue was addressed but once he came to my apartment, he fixed the issue. Unfortunately a new problem of water dripping from my bathroom ceiling vent started and he said he would put in another request to have that new issue addressed. No one has come by yet & I have a bowl getting all the water. Hopefully once someone comes back out the new issue will be handled. All my water issues are fixed. The staff is really friendly & hard workers. The property has really changed for the better the last several months."
"Tried to transfer in, got denied. Informed them immediately so I could get my money back asap. It's been a month and still no check in sight. Everytime I call they tell me something different. When I relay back the next call the info they gave me I get oh no, who told you that? We don't do that. We've had the same staff for years and my girls would never say that. Any interaction you have with them take names and record."
"There's so many better places you can live for the price that you pay. The grounds are constantly dirty. Always have dog crap and trash laying around, maintenance takes way too long to fix anything. It took almost 3 months for my ceiling to get patched after water leaked through it for a second time. Basically flooded my room and when they initially came to look at it and while I was dripping they asked if I could provide things to catch the water as it leaked from my ceiling. Their mailboxes are beat up. Some are missing doors on them. We are supposed to be getting community keys which were never given to me upon arrival here and I was told that maintenance would be putting on email for when they finally had some ready. This was at the beginning of my stay. I have been here almost the full year. I had given up about halfway through trying to get a community key. The gym isn't worth it anyways in the laundry room I can generally get into so long as I go during a busy hour. The laundry system they have is awful having to go through a third party to fill your laundry card with money. The minimum amount to fill it being $10 and trying to get a refund if the machines are down is like pulling teeth because you have to go through the third party. Not the community itself. Might as well just have machines that take direct debits and cash would make life so much more simple. There was a big homeless problem at one point, although I haven't noticed too much of that lately. At one point we had seen somebody going into the laundry rooms to just poke around the machines to see what they could get. Also doing drugs in one of the pool areas as well. Roach, as well with most apartments, hardly any parking unless you have a reserve spot and even then at least with mine. I keep finding people parking in mine including maintenance, parking, their golf carts, there was a huge problem at one point. Overall, for the price that you pay, it's not worth that you can find better. Wouldn't waste your time here."
"Zero Stars!! Since, Dec. 27, 2023 I have been waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed. There is water standing all the way up to the edge. The smell is horrendous. I have to use my dining room table as a place to drain the dishes. Now, I fear the rotten stink and mold growth will not be properly cleaned, whenever my dishwasher finally gets cleaned out and the drain fixed. I’ve gone to the office 3 times. Each time they say someone will come check it out. No one has been to my apartment to assess the situation. There have been issues with this dishwater since I first moved in, December 2020, just over 3 years. Unacceptable!"
"This apartment complex is absolutely ridiculous. Trying to move in was an absolute nightmare. The application was completed and submitted in late December/early January with an anticipated move-in of early/mid March. The office staff created problem after problem after problem and the lease wasn’t finalized until "
