"If I could give this place zero stars I would. We have been submitting work orders since we moved in. One of the showers has caved in, and their response was to just wait until they can get someone to come fix it. Even though the Tun in the other bathroom is starting to peel as well and I was told it’s normal for multiple bathrooms to need fixing in a unit throughout a year. My front porch light hasn’t worked since I moved in and nobody can seem to get me an answer to getting it fixed. Half the burners on my stove don’t work. Every time you call you just get told by someone that they’ll relay the message to the manager and that’s always a toss up. They also have a roach problem and try to blame tenants, even though in my 35 years of life I’ve never had issues with roaches. Lastly, the actual manager Kristen or however it’s spelled is not useful at all. She’s more concerned with trying to be right than understanding that tenants are paying rent and upholding their right of the agreement so they should hold theirs by fixing tenants problems when they arise in a timely manner and also rent out units that are up to standard. More importantly rather than take blame she tried deflecting blame to my girlfriend saying she didn’t speak to me about the update she was given about the shower even though I was calling about multiple other issues she kept reverting to that one and trying to deflect blame."

"I have had my roof leaking in my B bedroom for a year. They say they coat the roof....still leaking and now I have 5 leaks and holes in my ceiling and I have to sleep on the couch. The owner of this obviously sucks. And I wonder why the manager is moving. Oh and I have my daughter here too"
