"Me and my partner had a quick question to ask and when we pulled into the covered parking, the manager for the property went out of his way to come out the building and rudely told my partner to move the car (mind you it was pouring rain), my partner proceeded to let him know he just had a simple question to ask and marcus (the manager) replied saying that all questions can be answered inside. Me and my partner were stunned to experience such rude behavior from an individual, his customer service was horrible."

"Maintenence guys are pretty great, but the new leasing office lady, Brittany, is so rude and not helpful at all. The units are so over priced, constant bug infestations that have yet to be taken care of, things breaking all the time, you can hear everyone outside, inside, and around your unit so there's zero privacy here and be prepared to have strangers in your business. It used to be such a great place to live, I don't know what happened. Such a shame. Can't wait to get out of this place."

"Tricia was absolutely amazing when we moved in!!! she was the best property i had ever experienced but now that we have brittney EVERYTHING is falling apart. she is supposed to be here 9-5 monday-friday and we are lucky if she is here 3 days a week for more than 3 or 4 hours! and if she does show up she leaves and keeps the sign on “OPEN” so that it doesnt seem like shes gone, even the maintenance man doesnt know where she is ever! she never answers the phone (probably because she is never here) and all of the sudden when she became manager we started getting extra charges to our account balance. She is super rude and lies about everything. Our neighbors have the same experiences so this clearly is an issue that is complex wide. The quality of the grounds has plummeted and it just does not feel the same anymore. trish kept these apartments in pristine condition and to throw that all away is a very wild move from brittney. If only she were here more than 10 hours a week, maybe it would be a nice place again. Please give us a new property manager. Even the “substitute” manager that was here to cover her for a day was better!!!"

"Tricia is outstanding and the management has been amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to really not have to worry about yardwork or maintenance!! After a year here, Tricia is no longer here at property manager. This place has gone downhill very quickly since 1 September 2023. Too many people smoking marijuana and vaping when I come in from my job at night. Workers making noise above and next to me into the late night hours with no end in site to finish the pounding and tapping. The new manager Brittany doesn't seem to be a "people person" and that is not a good trait to have as a property manager. I want Tricia back!"

"Moved into these apartments last month and I have had so many problems. My vinyl floors have been coming undone and I'm not able to move my furniture inside. I spoke to Birtha and Brittany and told them that the contractors warned them not to put vinyl over tile and now other residents are having problems as well. Bertha and Brittany hung up on me for the second time this month. First day I was here, a boy offered me to sell drugs part time and I declined. The wheels in my tires were let out before work. Every night someone jingles the door to my apartment. Please don't move here. I wouldn't even let anyone take over my lease."
