"This complex is run by Humberto Lopez, who gave much to Gospel Rescue Mission, and the management is good. Count on rent increases, so not good for fixed income, not sustainable. Pool is back, jacuzzi is too hot 103 degrees. Not bad, east side is best."

"I had been having issues with my washer and dryer, it took them awhile to figure it out but once they did they came in and fixed it asap, no mess no fuss just fixed. John was super friendly nice and is always a pleasure whenever things need fixing."

"Any positive review you read is paid for. Been here almost 3 years. Had a/c out for a week, have sink and toliet problems since we moved in, and got a rash from the pool and jacuzzi was not cleaned. Did I mention you should expect 100-150$ each renewal? Between lack of assistance from office, loud neighbors, and other people having aggressive dogs, I would not recommend leasing here as a last resort"

"The trash areas are constantly gross, the dog owners don’t pick up after themselves ever & the landscaping upkeep is not as good as it once was. The Office NEVER honors the call back after multiple promises or makes it a priority to be responsive to the residents needs or allow access for enjoyment of the community amenities. The amenities shut down without notice most days and when there is notice you’re bombarded with 1 email per hour providing a count down pretty much daily of every hour until it closes. Even if you’re a long time no issues resident for years! It doesn’t matter. They make you feel like only your money matters “ we get it” but at least pretend you’re appreciative that we are filling up the occupancy when the way things are ran it deserves to be vacant. Rent continually increases at least $100/ea. year and FEES will also be blindly assessed throughout the year for anything and everything it’s all about the money to HSL. They cannot even get a proper educated property manager that has people skills or does not seem to hate children and her job for the fact. God forbid kids play outside or go into the office for water when it’s hot outside because the whole community will receive emails with threats of eviction if the parents are watching them through the window play outside or they are too loud. Some days, with the constant harassment of the community kids I feel like this should just be a 55+ community! I’ve also come to learn that none of the residents really want to participate in the “community” events the office holds because nobody can stand the office manager. It didn’t used to be that way until Samantha started working here! I regret renewing again for another year and just cannot wait to be done with the Brittany court apartments unless things dramatically change!!"
