"I recommend this place to anyone who wants a good decent place that you can be proud of to bring family over and not be embarrassed. Tina went above and beyond and she was compassionate and understanding of my situation. I know she appreciated the fact that I kept in touch with her despite my limited time I had to move in as well as seeing her in person to discuss options. Well unfortunately my situation changed as far as room mate situation and we had to put plans of moving to San Simeon on hold. Tina was understanding and if a one bed room ever popped up she let us know. 5 stars all around."

"Since the day I first spoke with Tina I knew this was the place for me. Not only was 5 minutes from one cousin but only 20 minutes from another cousin. Moving from New Jersey isn't easy especially when you used to live 2 blocks from the Ocean and now in Tucson AZ. Tina help me in so many ways and went out of her way to make my long move a good one! Castro is also excellent had a couple small things that needed to be done and he took care of them in a very timely and professional manor. My neighbors have been very friendly and Tim & Eric especially I didn't even ask they just saw me struggling to get furniture moved and they ask me to let them please give me a hand! I would recommend these apartments to any of my friends and family. Great job keep up the good work!"

"Brittany at the front office has been amazing. Ever since I came in for information, she worked with me until I could get everything figured out to move in. Our correspondence lasted literally months. As soon as a unit became available, she let me know, and I could not be happier about living here. The property is very well maintained, and maintenance orders are taken care of in a very timely manner, and done right. My neighbors are all very kind, and the apartment itself is located very conveniently close to shopping centers, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. I can honestly say I love living here."
