"This place is a dump! And if that isn't bad enough, this property is totally inconsiderate of the schedules of their tenants! They kowtow to the contractors instead! For example, this month they have posted notices demanding access which either requires you to be available for 9 hours a day during the week for 11 days or strange men will be entering your unit! They had a fence project and now some stupid inspection of the inside? It's funny too bc they DO NOT DO REPAIRS on the inside of the units! But this month my family escaped this disgusting place with the rude, unprofessional, condescending, completely unhelpful staff! It so much better anywhere else! Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else! This is a corporate landlord who doesn't care at all about you, your family, or your quality of life!"

"This housing is horrific. There is no security or sense of safety. Multiple cars haven been broken into and management is unwilling to make any changes. The property management & handyman “Zach” are absolutely the most irresponsible & incompetent individuals who cannot run an apartment complex. Not to mention the mold, the stairs that have nails sticking out of them, the “landlord special” with all the layers of paint everywhere, the electrical outlets that don’t work, the closets that don’t have doors, the bathroom shower tiles just falling off, the absolute lack of amenities, the list goes on. Don’t even bother trying to get your deposit back either, every person ever who has leased with MEB has NEVER gotten it back. I’ve personally spoken to other tenants & both my neighbors who moved out, never got it back. You could hire a professional cleaner and do everything right, they’ll still tell you it’s not enough & just hire another cleaner. I have never felt so disrespected as a tenant until I stayed here for two years. Place is HORRIBLE and definitely not worth $2000/month! Don’t waste your money! Updated: That is the upstairs bathroom. Again, I’m not reaching out after multiple times of requesting repairs. I’m sure you’ll paint over it when you “clean”."

"One of the worst places I have ever lived at. Mold in the bathrooms and under AC units, a roach infestation that they don't bother to quell, old tech that cant handle modern equipment efficiently, internet specifically, and all of this is over $2000. I haven't even mention the AC units being not insolated meaning we waste money just trying to keep a room at a set temperature, the fact might ceiling fan repair took almost 3 months, or how insects and other arthropods come through the multiple cracks at the base where the floor meets the wall. Skip this property at all costs, find literally anything else than MEB if you value your money, mental health, or your dignity. If I could give a half star I would."

"11/30/23. Update. Recently we had some work orders to be done. They sent a maintenance person by the name of Zach into our home to “fix” said issues. But instead Zach went through our personal items, taking things from our home, causing a altercation over our ring camera with my Fiancée because we rescued a cat who was out in our back yard with food water and shelter while we found his home or a safe place for him to go. Zach didn’t fix anything in our home instead he told my fiance that the work order wasn’t detailed enough and he didn’t know what needed to be fixed. Even though Erika in the front office made said work order. So why come into a home if you don’t know what you needed to do? Now our dryer isn’t working properly and Michelle the manager had the nerve to say that Zach could be the one coming back into our home to fix dryer after I had told her and Erika multiple times I did not want him in my home again. This place is disrespectful and does not care about the people who live here. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I cannot wait to move. It has been a horrible experience since we moved in. Staff is rude! They keep upping little charges. We had a leak in a pipe connecting to our washer, still have a huge hole in the wall from hack job they did. Complex had a water main bust and they are making us pay for the water bill from that. We asked when we moved in to be placed on list for monthly pest control which they didn’t add us to the list but charge us for it, no matter how many times we tell them still haven’t had our place treated. Everything is broken in this place and they say they don’t have staff to fix it. April can’t come fast enough! They made us suffer for weeks when we told them AC doesn’t cool the upstairs. Many excuse in why they couldn’t come place window AC units. Place is HORRIBLE and definitely not worth $2065/month! Don’t waste your money"

"Maria and her team have really gone above and beyond here. There was a small mix up with the townhome we wanted and they made changes and moves just to accommodate us. They fully renovated our townhome and it looks beautiful! We had a couple things we need to be touched up and fixed and they made all the changes we needed quickly. This is truly becoming a home for us and that is mainly due to the warmth and service the staff here has provided. Thank you so much!"
