Arches at Oracle Apartments

"I’ve lived here for a year and a half, and overall the worst experience has been with the people in the office. Be prepared to document everything on your own, because they will not. I’ve been asked to resupply information on multiple occasions. While I understand things happen, it’s a regular occurrence for this office to make mistakes. I went in to let them know I was renewing my lease, then asked if there was anything further that I needed to do. I was told I was good to go, and that I would get a $200 giftcard for renewing my lease by a certain time. Now that I’m well into my new lease, I called to check on the giftcard and I was told that nobody made a note and that person I spoke with was no longer with them. It’s ironic that shortly after I came by, they sent me paperwork to sign through email, so they knew I was renewing. The way I see it, they hire incompetent staff that they don’t train, then when something goes wrong they do nothing about it. At the end of the day, the whole special seemed like a scam and they did nothing to honor the giftcard I should have received. Documenting everything I do and speak with them about from here on out in emails."

"I Have Been living At The Arches Going on 3 years now, and I personally cannot stress enough That I Have not had any issues living here. Whenever There has been a problem with the apartment that I Live in, The work order has been completed within 1 Business Day. If There has been any concerns regarding issues, it has been resolved Within the office as soon as possible. I Highly Recommend This place If you have children And Is looking for a safe quiet environment for your family. Defiantly A Five star with me."

"Living in the Arches at Oracle is truly amazing. Been here for 4yrs and I have to say it is very calm and relaxing environment and people are quite friendly. Dog park is available and pets are all over the place but not an issue at all due to how huge the area is and beautiful as well. The management currently which is Angelica and Janet are wonderful. Truly kind and answer questions politely and professionally. They also provide residents with goodies when it comes to holidays or events. Maintenance never lets you down either. I enoy my stay at The Arches at Oracle due to how well they care for their residents. I give it 5stars."

"Don't bother with living here, this place is a dumpster with glitter sprinkled on it to make it look pretty. The banisters on the stairs are made of pvc pipe and the stairs themselves feel like they're going to fall apart. The apartment was not cleaned when we moved in plus they were hours late giving me the keys when I made arrangements 2 weeks prior. After moving in they proceeded to show up and enter our apartment more than 5 times unannounced and without notice, which is against Arizona law. Our ac also managed to go out 3 times and never was properly fixed until we were about to move out even though we had an infant in the house. Both previous and current management have been rude and extremely unprofessional. Happy house hunting to you all and I hope you can find a better place than this!"

"I’ve been at Arches for 3 years. Love the area , love the community. It’s always so well kept. Angelica the manager is great very friendly and helps out fast when needed. Also Janet the new assistant is amazing as well. I recommend this place for your next home Oz Valenzuela"
