"Everything about this place is terrible. RUN! nothing is done like it is "promised". Even though it's gated, has cameras, and has security, it is very unsafe. The police are called there all of the time. Someone tried to break into my apartment. Someone did break into my car and caused a lot of damage trying to steal it. Many things were to be fixed when I moved in, but they were only taken care of when I signed the notice to vacate 4 months into my lease as an attempt to make me stay. The pools are always nasty. The lady below me had severe damage to her apartment from flooding and they left a giant hole in her ceiling. They never came back to fix it. I have now been waiting for over 2 months for a refund check that THEY called and told me I was getting. I call several times a week and just get the run around. Just avoid any Apartment complex that us under AZ 1st's management."

"The worst place to live. Roaches all over pest control bug spray doesn't get rid of them. Water constantly being turned off. Don't leave a voicemail they'll say that they didn't get it. Office staff is always changing and if they tell you something get it in writing. For the record I was out before the first week of July was over. I wasn't there in August."

"My daughter lived here with her father and when I went to pick her up there were roaches outside and inside the apartment kitchen. The kitchen had holes and the drawers did not open and close properly. Also my daughter's father would leave her tricycle on the patio and he'd get notified to not have the bike out there while everyone else had plants, chairs, flags, etc but the tricycle was a big deal. One thing I did not like also was there was a German Shepard who was always on the patio next to where you'd walk to go to the playground and it would bark at everyone who walked by and it would scare my daughter. But the office didn't seem to care about anything other than a tricycle left on a patio. My daughter's dad didn't want to write a review but I will. He doesn't live there anymore, thank goodness. But I'd consider elsewhere."
