"Worst place I've lived in. Office staff were terrible after being bought out. AC went out in the middle of summer. The staff refused to have it fixed, and refused to refill the chemical solution the AC needed to operate. They close the pool down for months every year for various reasons. Some real, some made up. A few times they would close it down because tenants children were throwing rocks in the pool, but would not evict the the tenants. This continued for months. I cannot warn you enough to never rent from this complex. They will abuse you."

"management does a good job on most things. But parking just isn't enforced at all. We pay for 1 covered parking spot, yet our neighbors park multiple cars under the covered parking when they are only supposed to park one car there period. And management doesn't care. It's very upsetting that there is only one van accessible parking spot, and it's absolutely infuriating that they let residents take up parking they are not paying for. Or are they just letting everyone have as many covered parking spots as they want, and not leaving enough spots for us who actually pay and follow the rules."

"Moved in and my front burner wasn’t working and shower only gets like warm. But maintenance is doing their best to get everything fixed at a timely manner. Most the staff already recognizes me and remembers my name and I’ve only lived here 2 weeks. It’s so personable which I didn’t think would be a thing. But it’s great. The complex isn’t really a loud place. Weekends there’s kids playing outside. But nothing too crazy. So far it’s been a great place to live for my first apartment by myself."

"BEST APARTMENTS EVER!!!! they've really helped me when I was in a tight spot. They're super amazing and I really can't thank will and April enough for the amazing job they did helping me and working with me to get my apartment. The remodeling is amazing and the apartment is perfect for just a one bedroom and the pricing is not bad either the neighbors are super nice and it's overall a really good community to live in. I love my new home and im so glad I got the apartment. This place has the best property managers a girl could ever ask for! If you need a place to live and are looking definitely check this place out!!"
