Parkview Apartments 5801 South 12th Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85706

"this has been the 3rd time I have moved into these apartments over the past 18 years.. so I have many views. the first time I was a new single mom and it was an ok experience not the absolute best but was not bad either. the second time I lived her was about 5 years later and it had changed dramatically. the management/office team was rude and only cared about collecting money or renewing leases. if there were issues they did not care. Now I have been leasing now for going on 5 months and I must say the experience is better than I have experienced before. The Office team is nice courteous and attentive. In the short time I have been back I have had a few issues that were immediately resolved. the maintenance men took care of things as soon as they were notified. I've seen reviews about traffic noise but it is expected living so close the the airport and off of a main (busy) road and being across from a park and that is not controllable by the complex. the traffic inside the complex is not bad at all even when neighbors have had get togethers they weren't invasive or loud .. we have neighbors that cook out almost every weekend and I have never had an issue with noise level or cleanliness. compared to previous experiences at the same complex I have to say it's the best I've ever seen or experienced for myself."

"Don’t even bother moving here the area is so bad filled with crimes happening near a 2 mile radius they’ll turn off the electricity without notifying the residents as well as the water can’t have anything outside the patio the rent here is not worth the money Update 8/3/23 (big paragraph) I’m going to add more extra things after living for a few years first of all this place got a new manager and shes a terrible (ignorant disrespectful and a lazy person) charging people for broken windows when other people broke them starting to halt the rent payment if they don’t pay them for the windows which they SHOULD PAY but they are charging the people and also they don’t help if the fridge is broken or sink or they don’t fix the bathroom they do absolutely nothing, no maintenance etc Lots of people are moving out because the management here has been terrible With more to add this area is filled with annoying noisy cars speeding. Since the area is near a airport planes especially jets are extremely noisy Long story short Do not bother spending your money here because of horrible management, area filled with crimes/annoyance and most importantly overpriced rent. I still stand on my original review I’d recommend moving to the apartments near the dollar general don’t know why it has less stars then this place but oh well Anyways that’s enough of my long paragraph do not bother spending your money here. (Would rate this 0 stars if there was an option)"

"Honestly I would NEVER RECOMMEND these apartments to anyone. Unless you wanna deal with a Rude! Arrogant! Racist! Manager. She is honestly the worst I've ever see. She definitely abuses her power to the max. I think these apartments have potential to be better rated if they changed management. For the time being wouldn’t recommend at all. And I would rather be homeless then deal with that type of person."
