"They are the worst. The landlord is Racist and super rude. The never respond to their phones and never contacts you. It take forever for them to send maintenance. Our air conditioning was leaking after about 3 weeks someone came to fix it. I don't even talk about the parking issues. The apartments has a lot of bugs and cockroaches and they never come to fix it. Overall don't ever rent from here. The worst landlord ever."

"Park place development is a scam. They are crooks that overcharge to the max on everything especially water. They never fix anything correctly. The manager Judy should be in jail. She is a drunk and steals. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!"

"Do not rent here! There management is unprofessional. Thier book keeping will astound you as they attempt to charge you multiple times for your rent. For that matter do not turn your rent in early, they will just forget they cashed the check and send you a late bill with a late fee. Just like if you pay first, last and deposit when you move in, they will forget that as well and charge you for last month again, even if you remind them on the phone at the beginning of the month that you payed 12 months ago. If you do rent from them, do not bother cleaning the apartment when you leave. I moved in and had to do a lot of cleaning and listed everything wrong such as holes and cleanliness on the move in form. When I moved out the apartment was cleaner then I moved in. Still charged for cleaning everything. Next time I will read the reviews on google. Lesson learned do not rent from Park Place Development."

"Absolutely the worst landlords ever!!! After 18 months of pure hell we left and when we did we left the place immaculate. We have the pictures to prove this and still they kept $700 of our deposit with a list of lies on what they had to fix and clean. We replaced the garbage disposal out of our own pocket and never missed a rent payment. Carolyn is a lying conniving evil person who is impossible to deal with. They protect drug dealers where we lived and claim they did background checks. Pure BS. Do yourself a favor and run away from these thieves!"

"This company is a joke!! I turned in an application to rent one of the rentals, and first was told by Frank that we didn't have to give the 100 dollar application fee and that it would only give us a leg up on getting the house quicker. So foolishly gave them 100 dollars and hoped for the best. Well I waited for weeks and never received a phone call, I called them and they said that my SS number was not the right one. I called back about 2 weeks later and apparently I was approved but never received a phone call, so I searched on for a new house to rent in hopes that I wouldn't end up homeless with 3 children. I called today and apparently I was approved, but again never received a phone call, and now that crook of a woman is keeping the 100 dollars that I gave her. I am beyond upset and misguided. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB and will soon be taking her to small claims court. BEWARE they are liars and deceivers and just want to con you out of their money!!! I am only giving them one star because you can't rate less than one and still publish a negative comment."
