"Ever since I moved back to Tucson, I’ve been eyeing this location and building. Georgia and Kirsten have been amazing. I moved in within a week after I put in my application and got a great parking spot visible from my 8th floor. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous, I am walking distance from Armory Park, Johnny Gibson’s Grocers, St. Augustine Cathedral, bars and restaurants. This is not the same downtown I left 20 years ago to live in Phoenix. Thank you, Herbert Residential. FYI I loved the welcome snacks!"
"Great location, wonderful views, free off-site parking and excellent price! Kirsten the manager is awesome.Georgia is super helpful. The only issue I have had is with the building's heating/cooling system."
"This is one of the worst places you can decide to live. Some things to keep in mind when looking to live here; you are not in control of your ac unit. They turn the chillers off when it’s still 80+ degrees outside and your apartment will be a very stuff 77 degrees (also keep in mind that you can’t open any windows in this place for a cool breeze). It takes months to get anything big taken care of. People don’t keep up after their animals and let them urinate all over the building and it will stay on the elevators and stairwells for weeks. The washing machine has been broken longer than it has worked this year, and continues to break after a week of being fixed. This place has gone downhill quite a bit and it clearly has to do with upper management. Georgia has been very helpful with trying to get things done but Scotia Group clearly isn’t providing what they need to for anything to happen. I’ve lived here for 3 years and this year was definitely the worst yet. 0/10 recommend. Look elsewhere."
"I have been living here for almost a year now, it’s a unique beautiful memory I won’t forget. The view from the 7th floor of my apartment is incredible day or night. My favorite part of the day is coming home to open my curtains & see the city lights or sunset on the mountains. The staff has been very helpful/accommodating to me & my fiancé as well as maintenance helping us out. Jesse is very friendly and made both of us feel welcomed. ♥️♥️♥️"
