"These apartments are not worth the money.!! Theres roaches and infestations. Also once you sign a lease your screwed They have hidden fees that they dont tell u about. They have a Rubs fee of $45 a locker feeof $4 and make u have water sewage garbage fee of $35 and on top of that ypu have to have renters insurance witch one you first sign up its $200 and monthly payments and if you dont have it they charge you an add itional fee of whatever it applies to you. These fees are on top of the rent so your looking at $200 in fees almost. DI have a two bed1bth and pay 1200 +fees"

"Hello! I am probably going to give the most fair, unbiased and non-emotional review. I have a background in commercial real estate, property management and customer service related jobs & think I see all sides. My husband & I, a mature couple, were moving from another state. We were really excited but at the same time wary & a bit anxious; I haven't lived in an area where you had to even think about roaches since I was 20, that's 40 yrs ago! Once we narrowed it to 5 places, the Missions being one of those, out of all the apartments we reviewed online, called, etc, my husband came here & saw a model. He felt it beat the others. We weren't looking for a 4-star hotel, we wanted something safe, clean, positive with pretty grounds & pleasant staff, also that allowed cats & wouldn't charge a lot. Missions met our every expectation. All of the ladies answered my bombardment of questions by text and phone, Jasmin, Mia and Nancy were those we worked most with. In person we pretty much interacted with Mia & Nancy. The application process went smoothly which we started before the move. They were honest about all costs. Once we were here and looked at other vacant units & actually chose a different unit, they updated our paperwork seamlessly and we signed the lease. It's been almost 4 weeks already. Staff are pleasant. We have slightly creaky floors, which brings back childhood memories and the apt is much smaller than our other apartment but we saw that BEFORE signing a lease; little issues like those weren't deal breakers! Some minor noisy toilet repair & a kitchen sink leak fixed immediately by Abe, we have nothing to complain about! It has been a completely positive experience. The apartment was the cleanest I have ever seen an apartment on move-in. I've not seen one live critter. We are meticulous about keeping our apartment clean of any food debris to assist with that, along with doing our own spraying and plugging any gaps around piping etc. I am sorry for those that didn't have a good experience. I am keeping an open mind and can report again later. I gave it 4 stars only because there isn't any such thing as perfection and 5 stars out of 5 would indicate that. For those reading my review, I have not been asked to, paid to, or in any way been influenced by anyone involved with Missions or their owners to do so. When moving do your research, be thorough, use a critical eye and hopefully you will find a place as we have as pleasant as Missions at Sentinel Peak!"

"When we first moved in, we had immediate AC problems. It took almost a whole year before we finally got a new AC unit installed. We have lived here for 3 years now. The staff here are helpful, the landscaping is always taken care of, and maintenance people are always helpful and friendly. My own personal issue with our specific location within the complex is that I hate being close to the dog park."

"Did not even make it to tour and speak to anyone in person. Completely false information on the website and rental apps where it is advertised for $700 -$800. Rental information given to me while trying to schedule was over $2,000 for one bedrooms. And yes I did contact you and have multiple emails from you sooooo not sure why you would post that I didn’t contact you. Good luck and take care"

"Lived here from 2019-2021 it was great from the start I had no problems the studios was around $600 then after Covid happened it turned terrible. They started charging $1000+ for a studio that didn’t have no upgrades , there’s roaches and when my lease was ending they had no problem with me paying over 1k for a studio until I said something about the random fees including $12 convenience fee for paying rent online then they had a problem saying I didn’t even have a lease and I had to move out. Also tried to charge me $3k for a move out fee when I left the apartment spotless so I had to dispute it on my credit report. Would never even consider living here again."
