"Since you keep bugging me (seriously, texts and emails to leave a review over and over for weeks) here's the review. Don't move here. The grounds are nice but there are huge bug problems. I have to call every three months about ants and there's a massive mosquito problem even though it hasn't rained in months. Ants have also infested the pool area making it so that you can't sit with your feet in the water. Management is also rude as hell. I had a massive water issue where my apartment was flooding and maintenance wasn't communicating. When management called I noted that when I moved in I should have been told things like where the water cut off valve was and Kimberly (the manager) snipped at me that they couldn't predict what was going to go wrong in the units. That's not at all what I was talking about and her attitude left a lot to be desired. The gates are also NEVER closed, there's very little notice about maintenance (seriously less than 24 hours notice about water shut off multiple times), stucco is falling off of my building, my floors were messed up when I moved in, and just the little details like the towel rod falling off the wall after maintenance comes and fixes it multiple times shows that this place cares very little. This place is not worth the amount of money paid in rent."
