"Decent area, we did end up having roaches come through the sink so make sure you close your sinks! Good management and they’re kind."
"I tried to get an appointment, my phone calls, txts, emails all went unanswered for 4 days. When I went in, they raised the initial rent by $50. Said they raise the rates on day to day basis. In addition I found out that they charge $80 for water and trash, when other apartments charge only $30. They don’t have microwaves in the apartments like others do. When, I finally found a way to apply for the apartment someone else had beat me to it. I had literally gone in when they opened up, just to get turned away, and not offering me a showing of the complex or apartment. I had to ask to see pictures so that I knew what I was getting myself into. Nearly a day has passed and I’m still so upset of the lack of consideration, the lack of communication. They simply don’t care. I gave a one star rating because they accept dogs. Other than that. My advice is look elsewhere."
