"My wife and I have had the pleasure of residing at Sonoran Terraces Apartments, and we must say, it was a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly responsive and friendly. They made the move-in and move-out processes smooth and hassle-free, which instantly put us at ease. The apartments themselves are fantastic! They are well-maintained, spacious, and have all the amenities you could ask for. The attention to detail in the design and upkeep of the property is evident, making it a truly comfortable and enjoyable place to live. One of the highlights of our time at Sonoran Terraces Apartments was the community of residents. Most people in the complex were professionals or retirees, creating a peaceful and harmonious environment. The sense of community was palpable, and we had many pleasant interactions with our neighbors. Jon, Lonnie, and Linda and Dan: we miss you already. However, we do feel compelled to mention one exception - a neighbor in Building 20, Apartment 1130, by the name of Marian. Unfortunately, Marian did not contribute positively to the community. Marian would consistently turn up her TV well past midnight, and she would follow this by vociferously exclaiming "quiet, quiet" from her window, seemingly attempting to attribute the disturbance to us. Is that someone you'd want to consider to be a neighbor? We know we wouldn't. She exhibited behaviors that were less than neighborly, often making baseless accusations against others for trivial reasons. Her approach to interactions with fellow residents left much to be desired, and it's best to avoid any unnecessary encounters with her. We had to move to a different building to avoid her. Despite this one unfavorable experience, our overall time at Sonoran Terraces Apartments was fantastic. It was a wonderful place to call home. Don't let one bad apple deter you from considering this great community for your next home."

"I’ve been a resident at Sonoran Terraces Apartment Homes for a year and a half. It is a great place to live! The office staff is outstanding, they are always friendly and helpful. Additionally, the maintenance staff is top notch. The few times I’ve needed to request service they’ve responded to me the same day, usually within a couple of hours. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously kept. Amenities such as the newly upgraded fitness center and package receiving room are quite impressive. The apartments themselves are the most spacious I’ve seen in the area. My guests all comment on how much they like the layout of my apartment as well as the complex in general. Management here takes pride in the property, and it shows! I’ve recommended Sonoran Terraces Apartments Homes to prospective renters and will continue to do so!"

"I have lived here 6 months and the front office and maintenance crew have been outstanding. My only complaint is the blowers that run nearly every morning starting just before seven. When it is hot in the summer months, the best time of the day is the early morning when one can have windows and doors open, sit outside with a cup of coffee, or even take a walk . It would be nice if the blowers were not allowed until nine or even eight. I just moved from Catalina Condominiums and the gardeners there were not allowed to use the blowers until 10 A.M."
