"We come in alot but sad to say this place has gone down hill the kids ask if you'd like to leave a tip heck no clean up do your job like you should to the owner I would definitely look into who's running your business into the ground"

"The place was not super clean, the toppings were nice, there were no sample cups available and the staff were unenthusiastic. About 6 hours after eating I suffered mild gastrointestinal issues. Not sure we will come back. Unfortunate."

"Went in today. Store looked like it hadn’t been clean for days. No one was around. I waited with another customer for nearly 4 min. I finally went to the back and knocked on the door. Instead of coming out to apologize for the wait and do their job, a snotty unkept young man scolded me for getting their attention and left. Needless to say I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. Mike, perhaps have a camera to watch your employees. They need to learn about customer service (which is 90% of their job)."
