"Just took my toddler in this evening, was in and out in two hours. Everything was just perfect, easy/quick check in, got into a room right away, seen by the doc within minutes, and all staff were phenomenal. Quickest and nicest ER visit I’ve ever experienced, so grateful to have such a wonderful facility so close at hand."
"Brought my daughter in because of abdominal pain on a Friday night around 7:30pm. We were seen within an hour. Everyone is extremely friendly. The nurses are very nice. The doctor has taken the time to listen to us and talk with my daughter. Didn’t just rush out of the room. She has ordered the test needed to check everything. This doctor is doing everything she can to make sure my daughter is ok. Even the woman finishing our registration was extremely nice! I’m so happy we came here. I would recommend this emergency room to anyone! I wish I could give them 10 stars."
"Came in at 4:45pm on Saturday, the woman at the first check-in was not very bright. Took way too long to check in and she was not very good at explaining things in either Spanish or English. The next person we met, the nurse who put the bracelet on the baby was very rude while asking one of us to wait outside. She needs to learn how to communicate without being so defensive when asked a question. If you are asking a family to split up and wait outside, your patience, empathy and customer service skills should show up to work. We drove here because of the short wait time but I don’t think it was worth it. They don’t have a pharmacy on the premises and they sent the prescription to Walgreens even though they don’t service Mercy Care so we are unable to get the baby’s medication until they fix the problem tomorrow. Going to Banner next time!!"
"My autistic son was having an asthma attack and during check in I let the nurse know he won't wear the medical bracelet due to sensory issues and she said if he doesn't wear it we won't be seen. I have been here many times and they usually place a sticker behind his back and they are fine with that but she insisted that nope he needed to wear it. He was already afraid to be in the hospital and to make it worse now his sensory issues wearing the bracelet was going to trigger a meltdown. She didn't care until I told her no he always gets a sticker..she just rolled her eyes and sighed."
"You go to the emergency room to see an actual doctor not a nurse. Latisha was rude and walked in to tell me how I can help you? lol like I’m shopping for a shirt. She refused to do any testing and claimed that whatever my son has is untreatable. Discharge paper says I refused the tests! Funny that the nurse triage screening says “ mom requesting RSV testing”. I have all the documents to prove that I wanted him tested for flu and RSV. I won’t recommend this establishment. There is just so many red flags. Almost half of the staff were eating on their desks. With the little one who has severe allergies I was nervous every time they touched him. Waited 3 hours for nothing. I told them his heart rate is high they just monitored his oxygen. They took ton of information from me at the front and the nurse walked in asking me what is the problem and what is he taking medication. No communication. Very poor service. Rude to parents when they already tired and been through a lot. We definitely not going back when we need to. We will just go to regular ER. I went to children one because I thought they will be nicer to the kids and more professional. Nope they are like any dentist office."
