"Bought a new mattress as yes customer service is horrible and they like to blame it on a third party delivery system they have. So if you buy a bed make sure you tell them you don’t want the worthless 3 party to deliver your bed and for an actual sleep number person to come out because if you let them leave without it being setup they will not send someone out to help fix the problem your on your own."

"Purchased new i8 bed 2 months ago. Staff was very good…! But still having problems getting comfortable. Settings ranging between 35-70. Feels like a balloon in softer settings. Tried to return after 1 month and would only refund 50% of cost. They would not take the base back. But did provide a free bed cover…which made it a little better. Over $10k for a bed? I expected much better bed. Now I’m stuck with a bed I don’t feel is anywhere near it’s value. The accessories are even more expensive! Other reviews saying the have remotes…!? I never got a remotes for my bed? Calling store tomorrow!!"
