"Prices are going up, yet it seems that the soap amount is way less that washes the car. Also the vacuums don’t work half the time. Along with several times the carwashes have been down lately when I go. Then another thing is the asphalt needs repaired in driveways"

"I like Mister car wash, but, I have to say this. They need a different spray bar set up for the lower part of vehicle. The wheel wells, rocker panels, running boards, the tucked in places never get touched. I have to visit another car wash or take care of it by hand."

"Took my car there Friday 02/09/2024 at 10:50am- I brought a voucher provided by Subaru dealership- guy who was “welcoming” cars assisted scanning the voucher- it didn’t go through then he went indoors to scan voucher and returns with a message on a cellphone letting me know “you are using a fraudulent voucher I cannot let you in” - I asked what do you mean fraudulent this was given this voucher from the dealership, can I pay with card? - I was not able to finish my sentences and guy was letting me know to leave the car wash and continue accusing me of using fraudulent voucher. He said “ you need to backup and leave “ I asked if I can use a card to pay and he said “ no we don’t accept that payment” It is unacceptable they don’t have a good system to detect what is fraudulent and what is real and accusing costumers of fraud when my voucher was given in the dealership - this was not my first time using a gift voucher from the dealership. - Mister car wash loosing business due to this gentleman on Midvale location. Worst service ever"

"Its ok for a quick wash, but there is a few things they need to fix, they should let people whit new cars that the carwash its gonna scrape the paint, they need to let you know that some cars dont get the back part of the vehicle clean, they should let you know when some áreas of the car wash are not working, like the polish for tires and some times the soap machine its cloged and doesnt spry the car even... thats when I belive the spinners damage paint. So thats why I dont get the best package. Because of my 2 year of experience whit them. Update: I send e mail, called many times but guess they dont approach the client. Update: more spots dirty and machin not doing job well.... so getting worst by the month, and no real contact after a automated answer on review...."
