"Banner health was so helpful I got more help there in 1 visit then I did in a 7 day hospital stay plus 2 office visits at my doctors who are with carondelet health care then I ever thought I could im no longer with carondelet I'm now with banner health care. I would not tell anyone to see the doctors at carondelet there very inpatient they say what they have to and there done they don't listen to there patients."
"Wife has severe abdominal pain (yes I know it could food poisoning but no vomiting or diarrhea), triaged pretty quick and now in waiting room for nearly an hour waiting for blood work up! Lots of pain, hope it's not serious."
"there needs to be some major funds used to improve this emergency room. I was "triaged" (blood pressure, temp., height and weight) and asked what was my issue. My medical issue was too technical for an urgent care so prior to this I was told to check at an emergency room. Closest was Banner on Campbell. I was put into a "hallway", not kidding, with flimsy partitions between other patients. You could hear everyone complaints (Hippa?) and then spent 5 hours before being "released". Some care was provided, finally, but the wait.... way too long, and did I mention the hallway. After final decision on follow-up was made, was told to sit and wait again ..... until I just decided to get up to leave without discharge papers. Then was stopped on the way out and the papers were produced. Big improvements needed. This is my first review, ever, by the way, of anything."
"I went to Banner in Sept and was very happy with the care I was given. This past Friday I had to go for a different reason and was there from 6:30pm until 3:30am. The wait was long, the care was not as good."
"My husband came in by ambulance in and out of it. Very low blood pressure. They put him in the waiting room. He needed to lay down. When asking a nurse about how long it was going to be and telling him he needed to lay down the nurse said “we don’t have any beds so if you need to lay down you have to lay on the floor”… I looked and asked if he really did say that. He rolled his eyes and walked away. I understand they are busy but the lack of kindness and compassion is disgusting. If he feels like it’s ok to talk to a human being like that this man needs a new job. We finally left and went somewhere else. Where they used common sense and saw he needed medical attention right away. This is just unacceptable to treat people this way. Have some compassion and speak to people with a little care. Will NEVER return.."
