I was either lied to or information was misrepresented when being presented with the contract originally told that automatic Reenrollment was not default and that I would be able to call to cancel. The lady I just spoke to on the phone was very patient even though I was very frustrated having discovered this. I am lucky enough that I have the ability to cancel over email with an additional document."

"Matt Wallinder is very knowledgeable about anatomy and has introduced me to exercises that alleviate my migraines as well as giving me an outstanding workout twice a week. He knows just how far to push and when not to push too much physically so I get the best out of my workouts without days of pain afterward. While my age doesn't allow me to reach my goals as quickly as I could even just a few years ago, I am slowly dropping unwanted pounds exactly where I need to lose it."

She is an amazing trainer All these years of my workouts I have been doing them wrong. My form was off Where I risk injury. That’s no longer the case Nayeli keeps a sharp eye out to make sure everything is done correctly. Her knowledge and her craft Is unsurpassed. She is affordable and she gives it 150% every time. The part that I like that she does is she pushes me past my comfort zone And beyond. In such a short time, I have gained strength, and my physique is changing. These are the best people in the business in my opinion You can’t go wrong coming to Anytime."

"I tried canceling my gym membership because I know longer live in this city. Manger Noel or whatever his name is has refused my cancellation over email. So I go back to Lake Havasu over 200 miles away. I went in on a week day and he wasn’t there and the poor young gentleman said he would need manager approval. The young gentleman with the curly hair was a great representation of a customer service. But if you can’t allow people to cancel over email/phone and can’t be there on a week day morning to cancel. Then you shouldn’t be manager"
