"Took my children on 1/15/24 for their birthdays to spend their birthday money they had saved up and we had a horrible experience. Rude customer service and the $30 bear had a hole the very next day! From not being greeted as we walked in to the staff having no personality while stuffing my children’s stuffed animals. No personalized experience what so ever. Nothing like when I was a child. Called talked with a manager and nothing was done to fix the issue. Very disappointed and will no longer be visiting this location again. Will be calling corporate to inform them."

"When here with my daughter and got her a new outfit for her bear. The selection of designs was not as big as I thought it would be for the season. Prices were inflated. I got an outfit for my daughter’s bear for 50 dollars. The people working there were very nice and helpful."

"Such a cute and fun place for kids! You pick a bear, fill him up, bathe him, and then pick clothes! You even name the bears!!! The stuffed animals are pretty good quality and the kids love to play! It’s the perfect store for niece, nephews, and all kids"

"We went for our daughter's first birthday! We did the pay your age birthday promotion. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even went as far as taking the last shirt off a display bear so that we could have the Birthday Princess shirt. We chose to have a recording put into it and I think it's such a wonderful keepsake."
