"I appreciate the employees working very hard on the daily. However, I’ve received more incorrect drinks at this one location than at any other coffee spot in my life. The drive through is the slowest of any drive through Starbucks in a 10mile radius. PLEASE bring at least 2people from the 202 and Arizona Ave location to do a proper training on how to get drinks made in a timely manner. Arizona ave and 202 location, no matter how many cars are in line, you get through their line in no more than 7min. Please consider making this location run efficiently, more expedient and accurate…never too late to improve your workforce!"

"Treat your delivery drivers with some respect and ask what they're there for instead of letting us stand there for no reason when orders have already been canceled. I've been in this store multiple times where the people working put their heads down and don't acknowledge people that are waiting for orders. This should be customer service 101. Not difficult. Greet your customers and drivers to avoid this. Very simple."

"Good coffee, neat and clean but I don’t like the ambience. The old Starbucks across the street was lot cosy, full of positive vibes. This place is like dull to me unlike other Starbucks. Excellent customer service! The team is great!"

"5/5 Let me star by saying this sandwich is heavenly. 5/5 It’s awesome flavorful. 5/5 The chicken is seasoned very good. 5/5 Bacon was well done not really limp. 5/5 Bread on the sandwich was not soggy or extremely chewy. 5/5 customer service was good as well. Clean inside. Not very loud. Great experience. I highly recommend this location. Enjoy and look for this sandwich at Starbucks. It’s worth the price. Good very filling as well."
