"This is a horrible place to live. The owner Sylvia harasses all of her tenants so bad to where no one lives there long. She treats everyone so bad she is a lying controlling manipulative drunk. She gossips and lies about everyone making all her tenants turn against each other. She has a bunch of of cameras on only one side of the trailer park watching everything and listening to what they say. She bullies everyone even there guests."

"Ten out of ten wouldn't recommend renting from this place very shady owners will keep deposit no matter how clean you left the property they will always come back with it was left filthy even though you have to prove the cleanliness. Gossips about tenants financial difficulties and so on. Claims everybody treats them bad. Always talks about how they have no money but they know how to run the property doesn’t know their own contract that they signed stating that two cars can be on a particular property harasses tenants and company put cameras everywhere even facing the houses and can talk to the tenants through the cameras and also hear what they say so no privacy even if it’s at your own house. I’m not the only one to run into this problem with these owners other tenants have obviously I know due to gossip and we know some personally just thought maybe everybody else should know if they look up this place to rent from watch your back before and after pictures and make sure you can have a lawyer"
