"I went to get a Brazilian blowout for my hair and when I arrived Tuynke asked if a man can do my hair with her and I said no as I wear hijab. She said it is ok she can do it on her own. She cut my hair really short and and sat there for 4 hours then when I washed my hair after two days as she instructed I found that nothing happened to my hair and I got nothing out of what she did. Then I sent her photos to tell her that it didn’t work, she said that she is not specialized in doing Brazilian blow out and that it was her first time doing so and she wants to do it again. Since I didn’t get the right results from the beginning I didn’t want to risk my hair again. I asked for a full refund since I didn’t get any results and she refused and paid me only 50%. I am very frustrated and disappointed. I paid 240$ and got half of my money. I wish she was honest with me from the beginning and told me that she doesn’t have experience. I don’t recommend her at all for Brazilian blowout. The product is not effective and she doesn’t have experience."
