"I can't say how stressful it is to argue about copays. I always get a bill and have to argue about it because they don't code the bill right! They have teens in the front office. The nurses and NPs that I liked then left. Drives me crazy when the NP is googling how to prescribe a drug. I have to always ask for tests that should be done like an echocardiogram. Things to me that are more important. I just don't feel they know what they are doing. When you have a cold it's ok but, when it's serious I don't think I want them in charge of my care. FYI: They offer gift cards for good reviews."

"Dr. Minh Luong is amazing. He is a great physician who cares about his patients. The only thing I do want to consider is regarding the receptionist he has. When interacting with Georgia, she is always cold, unwelcoming, and rude. Retirement might be a good option for her soon."

"Wife and I both went in today for an office call. We normally see Dr. Loung. In order to work us in on a short notice we were able to be seen by PA-C Sydney Berger. Our experience with her was excellent . Sydney is extremely professional, thorough & personable. She is very friendly and her manor is warm and welcoming. She diagnosed us both with sinus infections and prescribed antibiotics and had shots administered by her assistants.
