"Lady upfront is mean and rude"

"Only giving 2 stars because the nurse who helped me was very nice. The complaint I have is that when someone is coughing and sniffling, clearly not feeling well and not covering their mouth. You all don't ask them to wear a mask, not just for patient safety but for your safety as well. Positive: Front desk women, we're ok, Because of miss communication on my end, I was 25 minutes late to my appt, but they were able to still fit me in, for that visit. Which they didn't have to, I would've rescheduled, being that it was my fault for being late. So there was a hint of an annoyed attitude from the 1 woman who was helping me. But I stayed cordial, even when I could hear them whispering about me being late. But I think I'll enable my cobra insurance from my previous job and go to my regular pcp, out of native health network. I just wasn't feeling the vibes most of them were giving off, the doc, who seen me, gave me one of those annoyed laughs, when I was relaying info to him from my original pcp. That kinda pissed me off, maybe he's different with his employees or out of the office. But his demeanor with me as a new patient was very dry. When you get back in your car and immediately say, "I'm not coming back here," then you know it was not the best interaction, and I had that moment."

"Treated my sons mother and I like absolute trash. With no mention of antibiotics; “Antibiotics aren’t some magic pill.” Why would Rochelle say that to us??? By making an appointment here you’re really just inconveniencing the staff. You’re better off going to an urgent care. Do not bring your kids here especially. They don’t get paid enough here to care No parent in their right mind is going to let their kid sit for 2 weeks sick, while you all sit around and eat hot pockets, watching Hulu. Like do you let your own kids sit around and grow more ill??? Phlebotomist and MA were good. Don’t interrupt the physicians lunch/tv time here by making any appointments. If you make an appointment, don’t expect any significant help. That’s way too much work for these hotshots. UPDATE 3/31/2023 Thanks for prescribing a few allergy medications! But my son actually has had pneumonia!! Sons mom took him to a doctor that knows what they’re doing. Ethics complaints? You bet!"

"Refused service when they made visit intimidated overpowered by front desk team had suoervisor Erica lie to me havebt been able find her for 2 weeks not releasing info the most horrific experience lied yelled at vert abusive aggression behavior an they can't gind Erica or my caseworker I have left 10 voicemails an messages for them no one returns my calls Mitchell Terry is hopefully gonna do a good job make sure people are held accountable as I seek outside help to make sure it never happens again harassed me"
