"There is a computer system for making appointments. The system failed, so the office turned me away because the appointment didn't show up on their end. Office staff said they called me and left a voice mail. I did not get that call!! I did NOT get any voice mail or contact. I drove 30 mins for this appointment. I'm in pain (probably uti). Now I'm sitting in banner urgent care. I know I'll get the care i need here. I'm never going back to caring for families. The front desk personnel didn't care that I'm in pain. Would she want to be treated like that."
