"Dr Ruth is Absolutely the Worst NP I have ever Encountered & I’m 65 years old. 5 minutes late bc my medical ride was 45 minutes late. Called them & they said no problem. She had another appointment elsewhere after me. So 10 rushed minutes of her uncaring time with 2 others asking?s & doing procedures at the same time!! Appointment was for Women Wellness visit/bloodwork & ear cleaning. No Well visit bc she said my appointment was stated as a follow up. No bloodwork bc I ate a baloney sandwich. I had asked b4 if I could eat & they checked with her & said yes. Didn’t finish my ear cleaning bc it would take too long. Never had a Dr not finish my issues bc it was closing time! Not at all concerned with my recent 4th stroke & just said have Hope that you get better. Really?! There are no meds or surgeries to get better. She said pray to God. Really? I’m a Buddhist. Totally Self Righteous with her personal opinions & not medical help/which is what she’s getting paid for. Got a new NP the next day"
"Completely clueless NP Ruth Hoskins repeatedly gave me the wrong prescriptions and refused referrals I had been asking for pertaining to issues I've had for over a decade. I strongly recommend you find care elsewhere where they can provide you service without the use of their smart phone to "google" how to help you. The one star goes to the staff as she deserves none."
"The only Dr's office visit that will see you anytime any day without an appointment. The NP Ruth is so nice she listened to all my needs wiyhout hurrying me up. And the girl in the front she was so nice and dang she knows how to multi task, she checked me in and less then 2 minutes she was ready to room me to see the dr . I will be recommending my family and friends to come here"
"It was good to be treated with professionalism and care when I saw Ruth. Also the friendly staff has been very helpful through my medical process. I would highly reccomend this facility to anyone that is looking for a caring provider. They have Great customer service, I never have to wait a long period of time before they take me back."
