"The office person at the window was cordial and prompt. I sat in the waiting room for a reasonable time. I was put in room and within 10 minutes I was taken for x-rays. After a few more minutes, Lisa Babel the PA met with me and went over the x-rays and options. She was very pleasant to talk to, was not in a hurry and answered every question and concern I had. I opted for an injection which she promptly administered. Overall, a very good experience."

"Staff was very kind and attentive. Relatively easy to schedule with. And I appreciated the way the physician interacted with my son (the patient) and gave him options to consider."

"I was very disappointed with my appt. with Dr. Vella. He did not introduce himself when he came in. He seems uninterested in anything I had to report. My symptoms with my left thumb were different from those I experienced with my right thumb although the problem is the same--arthritis. He didn't seem to care about that or show any interest. I will be seeing another hand surgeon in the future."

"I saw Dr Vella, explained how I injured the wrist he had repaired. He gave me my options after the xray. He gave me an injection in the area. There was no advice if the injection did not alleviate the pain. It is worse than it was before. The feedback (look on his face) from him was he did not want further interaction from me. That I was insinuating he did a bad job which I did not do. I am going to another Dr to get a scan to see what is causing the pain when I use my wrist."
