"Haven't been able to get ahold of them for 3 days and their voicemail inbox is full. Edit: I was a little harsh. 2 stars is more Fair since they were awesome when I first used them but I still can't get a hold of them so I went elsewhere. Shame they don't care enough to follow up with anybody (I'm assuming since the voicemail box is full). If they're doing their Black Friday pop up this year, do it because it's much cheaper; however, don't expect to renew with them unless you want to wait until the last minute."

"Had an appointment at noon, drove 20 minutes from my house at 11:45 I called to let them know I am two minutes out. They then told me they were packing up to leave to another location... Right next to my house... drove 20 minutes back, waiting an hour for the doc. The doc was nice though. Just gonna use someone else next time"

"Great people... Although my appointment was on a Thursday, and I had to call to get the paperwork processed on the following Tuesday. This was a huge inconvenience as my card expired, and had it been submitted prior to Sunday I would've been given the grace period while my be card was processing. Therefore, this was a first and last time here... Again, the staff was amazing."

Things were rocky when my previous clinic started fighting with me over acquiring my previous medical records, but Vince & Natalie were nothing but helpful when it came to getting me diagnosed by their physician.
