"I once had incredible support from community partners in Tucson. I have hit a wall twice now named Rodrigo who is condescending and rude. I have called member services at corporate and they looked me up and said tell him to do the intake. i call back and tell him I talked to Tristan in member services and he just says I don’t know any Tristan . I am SMI and temporary homeless and this is how you treat someone reaching out you should not be in this business any more it’s shameful at best . Update: after contacting someone named Sal at corporate I finally was able to get an intake appointment. His retaliation for me doing this was to schedule me an intake 3 weeks out. i am homeless and Rodrigo may this come back on you tenfold."
"This is a disorganized waste of money. The main Doctor, Doctor Jaine is crazy and disrespectful to patients and the staff says "its ok she is just passionate." Geez, if there was a College that taught people how not to treat patients, she definitely went there. The rest of the staff is unorganized, don't return call and if you find someone that actually does their job they will quit soon because this place pays its employees low, making me wonder where the money is going..."
"This place is usually a mess, but it really depends on staff. I have been coming here since 2016. The current receptionist (Analisa?) is absolutely outstanding! Scheduling is currently always correct. I pray that she never leaves. Go back to 2020 and I was being rescheduled without being notified all the time. I have shown up for at least six appointments that have been canceled. I had also been told that I missed appointments that I did not know that I had, during that time frame. (2019-2021) The therapist would be extremely upset with me and the entire time the receptionist to changed the appointments without letting me know. I did not appreciate being lectured to keep my appointments when it was not my fault. More often than not. I would still have the card proving the correct date . Again, I am super grateful for the receptionist that they have now. George’s near check out is extremely helpful and friendly. Check out is very friendly right now and I am grateful for her. I wish that I knew her name. My current psychiatrist (Caliguri) is excellent! I have seen probably 10 psychiatrists here? 5 of them were outstanding and left for better work environments, 2 of them I just didn’t like. The others were fill ins. I have had one therapist here (Rachel), and I absolutely loved her, but just like all of the good staff she got tired of the nonsense and left. The case managers are the real problem here . There are times that I won’t know who my new case manager is and they will have quit before I figure it out. I go six months at a time without being checked on, usually a year. Most of the time I only hear from a case manager if they have a form to fill out. Then they start blowing up my phone while I’m at work. There have been a few excellent ones that stand out. Elizabeth for one. I had a résumé made here once, and there were things spelled incorrectly with improper punctuation. I threw it away. Waist of time. One time I had an appointment with a girl named Nicole, who left me in the rating room for 6 hours. Literally 6 hours. I was so heated and hungry by the time I left. She just kept coming out and telling me just a little bit longer, but 6 hours actually passed. I do not remember what I was there to see her for? Sometimes there is someone there who will help you with applying for access, food stamps, etc.. I have not used this benefit since Lucy or Nichole. Both were very helpful, but are gone now. I am not sure who helps out now? I have not applied for medical in years, but some reason it keeps passing. I am very grateful since I have trouble reading and writing (using dictation now). There is a medical staff here. I have been going there for quite some time, but recently had to start paying out of pocket to go somewhere else. I cannot tell you what a financial strain this is. I had bursitis and tennis elbow for 65 days. I was at the point where I could no longer go to work, and I could no longer sleep. I was losing my mind in pain. I came to see the doctor TWICE. She never once touched me. I don’t think she believed me. I was given B12 injections instead. Eventually paid I out of a pocket and was diagnosed by a doctor in Scottsdale. Both areas were medicated and I have been pain-free for 2 months. I have returned back to work and I now I have groceries in the fridge. The pharmacy runs out of my medication all the time, or doesn’t request refills and I’ll go several days a month without medication on average. Luckily, most of my medication aren’t a big deal but if you are on antipsychotics, or something important this is definitely not the place for you. I am on hormone therapy so missing my medication has caused menstrual cycles that I did not want. This has happened on at least 5 occasions due to the pharmacy running out of medication. Overall, the service here is absolutely horrible over the years. I am currently pleased with my pharmacist, my psychiatrist, and my case manager, but if you check back in three months, everyone will have quit and it will probably be a disaster again. Find somewhere else."
"This place needs to be investigated. They do nothing for their clients. I've attended this clinic since spring of 2021. I've had 7 different caseworkers. Multiple different counselors that cancel your appointments and then never reschedule. I've asked to be removed from the SMI program multiple times and they refuse. I went on vacation to visit my kids out of state and they threatened to file a fraud case against me. I am now refusing treatment and refuse to participate in this. You want patients to be consistent but yet this organization doesn't even hold themselves accountable. Oh and filing a grievance is a joke. They always say well if you don't like it then file a grievance, yeah ok that never does anything. This place is definitely fully funded by big pharma. They don't care about you. You are just another head to get more funding for a sham organization. Don't trust this place. They lie over and over, make promises they never keep. I encourage all people reading this to not involve yourself with this mental health organization. Oh and they prescribe medications that shouldn't be prescribed together. Their whole goal to is to push your buttons. When you finally stand up for yourself, they treat you like you are crazy or being aggressive or overly emotional. Then threaten to hospitalize you."
"I've only been a client for a couple months and I am completely disappointed by the under-staffing issues and lack of professionalism. I don't know why they are accepting new clients when they can't seem to handle their caseload of clients. My first case manager flaked on me after 2 sessions then quit after skipping out meeting for 3 weeks in a row. I still haven't been assigned to a new case manager. The doctor also messed up my two of my prescriptions. I may be somewhat functional but I need help too otherwise I wouldn't have been assigned to this horrible clinic in the first place. I hate that I have to go to this clinic for my psychiatric care because I feel more neglected than anything else."
