"I was referred to Dr Chow and his lovely wife Pauline for some back , neck and arm issues that were not being relieved through western medicine. What a blessing to have discovered them. They spent time understanding my current health situation and then catered a plan to my needs. After four visits, my pain is gone and I am feeling so much better. We also discovered other areas I could make improvement and look forward to being a client for years to come. The Chow's are knowledgeable, thorough, kind and truly want to make a difference. I could not make a higher recommendation."
"Came to Dr. Chow for a rash and skin issues. Within less than a week and one treatment i noticed a huge improvement. They treat the root cause not the symptoms. Highly recommend. This is the real deal!"
"Dr. Chow and his Beautiful wife, Pauline, came highly recommended by one of my clients for sometime. It took me awhile to finally make an appointment with him due to my busy schedule but, I am so glad that I did. Initially, I went in for my first initial consultation & treatment. Dr. Chow went over a long list of my Health/wellness & also included ancestral geneology. I was and wasnt surprise with what came of my results. Which, was a wake up call for me in making changes for myself in diet and exercise. It was just figuring out “How do I implement it with a busy schedule” and still figuring things out. Dr, Chow makes his own Chinese medicinal herbs that has helped tremendously to being on the Road of recovering along with his guidance (instructions) needing to follow. Dr. Chow had shared that he also teaches Medical Qi Gong classes and I was interested in attending his beginning level 1 class and I had no knowledge of what Qi Gong was. I would go to his IN-person classes since I live in Arizona, on wednesday evenings. It was probably really difficult doing the work because I am not use too but, it was also so powerful to be able to feel how your chi works from within you. One of the things that was most interesting is learning of his lineage. Who his masters are, where he comes from (China and Hong Kong), its very rare to find practitoners such as Dr. Chow sharing of his cultural knowledge in the U.S and in the same state that I live in..Lol! Unless, you go to a westernize school to only learn the “SURFACE.” For me, I am a Native Hawaiian, I am a cultural Practitoner that practices my culture here in Arizona and wherever I go. It is so important to know where your knowledge stems from and for Dr. Chow to be here in Phoenix, passing down his teaching and lineage to those who are able to appreciate and humble themselves in learning. Learning of ones culture takes Years of learning. His classes are not Western knowledge where you pay $180 and expect to to have your MASTERS in Medical Qi Gong within 4 weeks…Lol! Well, you could if you went to a regular school and got a piece of paper for attending classes over the weekend saying now your a “Master in Medical QiGong” Its a lifetime of learning the skills, reputation/reputation/reputation, practicing and making it apart of your life. Unfortunately, becuase of my busy life at this moment I wasnt able to finish his level 1 class so I had to stop going but, I do plan to come back and retake it when things aligned accordingly. When I initially said “Yes, Iʻm interested” I didnt have any knowledge of what he was teaching nor his background. So when I started attending I realize this isnt just a normal Western teaching and that I need to come back with my body, mind, and soul can be present to receive from Dr. Chow. ᴇ ʟᴀᴡᴇ ɪ ᴋᴇ ᴀʻᴏ ᴀ ᴍāʟᴀᴍᴀ, ᴀ ᴇ ʻᴏɪ ᴍᴀᴜ ᴋᴀ ɴᴀʻᴀᴜᴀᴏ (♥ Take what you learn, apply it to your life and share it with others)"
"I am so grateful to have found Master Chow. Both he and his wife Pauline, are amazing. I initially went to see him for treatment, after getting sick, and suffering from, what seemed to me, serious brain fog. He put me on a treatment plan, which included Chinese Medicine, and acupuncture. He also recommended I consider taking the Medical Qi Gong classes, which I have been taking as well. The Medicine and acupuncture treatments, have worked wonders. I now feel much better, no more brain fog. It's also helped with controlling my blood sugars, and overall health. However, what I truly appreciate about Sifu Chow is the Medical Qi Gong classes. The wealth of knowledge that he has is tremendous. I have learned so much, not only about Qi Gong, but also about overall health, vitality, and Chinese culture. This is the real deal! It's rare that you find true first hand knowledge, not only about Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong, and martial arts, but more importantly the culture. Culture cannot be separated from the arts. If they are, it is likely missing very important aspects of the arts."
"This is a review for the medical qi gong course. Dr. Chow has acquired great knowledge in this area, however his teaching methods are not the best. The class is taught live via zoom. This makes it hard to really see and understand Dr. Chow. He also spends much of the class time telling stories about China which are irrelevant to the course material. The amount of real content you get out of each class is very little. There's a monthly subscription of $180 that you pay for the course. I was originally told that the entire course would take a little over a year to complete. After a few months of being in the course, we were only on the second level. I realized this wasn't going to happen. Also, he cancelled a couple of classes, and I was never reimbursed for those cancelled classes. None of this sat well with me. I also noticed that most students drop out after a couple of months, and I can see why. After asking Dr. Chow about this, he said the course takes at least 3 years to complete!! It's funny because he talked about these Master's in China slowly teaching their students so that they could get more money out of them. I think that's exactly what he's doing! I don't recommend Dr. Chow's medical qi gong course."
