"This was the best urgent care experience I ever had. NP Ben Seenan at the Indian School location was top notch. I went in for a UTI. (I was visiting Phx from out of state). He was knowledgeable and extremely competent/intelligent with a great bedside manner. Extremely well versed in the latest treatment options. In addition to being attentive and listening to my concerns and health complexities, he also took the time to look up the most recent clinical study data and explain the scientific basis and rationale for different medications. I wish all providers were like Ben! If I could have him as my primary doc I would switch in a second."

I had never had stitches before and came in 10 minutes before they closed (sorry about that!) and the staff was quick, efficient and kind. They helped keep me calm and explained the process well. He was also very good at stitches. Thanks to the team, really appreciate you seeing me so late in your shift and for making my first experience w stitches as good as they can be. Hopefully I don’t have a need for urgent care again, but if I do - hands down this is where I will go."

NextCare was conveniently located and a pleasant experience given the circumstances. The wait was short. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The NP took her time with us and discussed all points. We both ended up with a cough suppressant and antibiotics. Hopefully they do the trick and we can enjoy the last of our vacation."
