"We were 3 minutes late to an appointment and they cancelled it and refused to see us. Frustrating experience. The intake provider said "we don't manage our schedule.""

"Very rude staff. I was 9 minutes late (with no way to alert them I was behind) and the system let me check in. Then my appointment disappeared and I got no notification it was cancelled. When I asked, Darren popped out and said "oh yeah it was cancelled. you were late". When I explained and asked if I could wait for the next one (no new appointments showing on the screen) he just said "No we're booked. Don't be late". Didn't need the rude demeanor. And CVS — maybe think about a cancellation notification so people don't just sit there waiting? Or even the "I'm on my way" functionality every grocery store pickup app has? Cmon."

"Staff was uncaring and distant. Didn’t greet or say good bye. Didn’t wish me better health. Nothing. Refused to even evaluate my condition without giving a reason. I’ll never go back."
