"Took my 5yr old in for a visit and ended up proceeding with a tonsillectomy which was done by Dr. Kaiser who is very straight to the point and gets the job done correctly. I’ve also had previous experience with Dr. Kaiser when he corrected my deviated septum which was a smooth surgery. Most doctors like to talk for hours and give you mixed answers but I personally like the quick and direct approach from Dr. Kaiser."

"I had a adult tonsillectomy performed by Dr. Peter Kaiser. He was very nice and professional and did a great job at preparing me for what it was all going to be like and the recovery of it all. It was a tough process to get through but I think the advice and suggestions from Dr. Kaiser helped tremendously. Healed great and was overall a successful surgery!"

"DR. Gutman is a Car Sales Man! The worst! I had to get my sons tubes redone with a real ENT. I wish I would of read the reviews before I went here! Dr. Gutman is aggressive and wants to do procedures that are not needed/required. All for the money! I took my son to another ENT and they said he is ridiculous and none was needed. My son is doing great now with a real ENT."

"Dr. Kaiser has horrible bedside manner. He cut me off, didn’t care to listen to my medical history of having two sinus surgeries, and tried to rush through the appointment. As someone who has worked in healthcare for a decade he was one of the most condescending physicians I’ve ever dealt with. I called the practice the following week to see if I could switch doctors. They never called back. I was respectful in my feedback and it is my right to ask to switch doctors. They must not need more patients though, so do not expect to feel valued or respected if you do go."

"We were very happy with our treatment here. We were referred to PCH and were told they didn’t have an opening for 5 months. I called North Valley ENT after a friend recommended them. I explained my daughters ear infection and they were able to get us in the next day. Dr Kaiser was very detailed and provided pros and cons of the recommended treatment. Our daughter has had a great experience and is feeling much better since being treated by him. Highly recommend"
