"Went for my 10 years old physical, place is so neat and clean! So friendly team members from Nadia who helped us with paperwork to the nurses who preformed the physical checkup!! Thank you all"
"After being sick with some sort of stomach infection for over a month, and having a few doctors next to worthless in helping. I was in so much pain, I came to Honor Health urgent care on Saturday morning and finally got a great doctor. He was very nice and helpful and understood my situation, and wrote me the proper prescription, all of the staff, extremely friendly and helpful… Would definitely come back again!"
"Front desk was friendly and quick. Nurse was warm and jovial. It felt like she was really listening. Doctor was quick and thorough. The whole experience only took about an hour and I was diagnosed, treated, and meds were sent in all in that time."
"I walked in at 6:40. I was told they already had six patients to see and was turned away. I left pretty upset as I was feeling awful, and was disappointed they wouldn’t see me. Then they call me but the phone disconnected so I flipped back around and walked back in and they said I could be seen but that radiology was not going to be done. Tabetha NP refused to prescribe me antibiotics as I have a cyst diagnosed by 2 physicians at Honorhealth. I’d explained to her that it almost went away completely after the antibiotics I had taken, but then came by back it was making me feel very sick. She prescribed me a fungal medication and said it was a rash. I was a wound nurse for three years. I know what a rash looks like and had already received the medication she prescribed for a yeast infection from the antibiotics. After the appointment I messaged her and begged her to please just prescribe the antibiotics I was getting sicker every hour at this point had 102 temperature. Her response was, I could go to the ER. Then I read a note in my chart that one of the office staff had written, saying that I was upset and left originally because of a wait. It’s really sad that you guys have to lie to make the patients look bad because of your incompetence. I shouldn’t have to have called a doctor I used to work with to get the antibiotics I needed to avoid going to the ER and being put at risk of other infections. Thank you to the office manager who never returned my call."
"My wife had been coughing and had a bad sore throat for several days, so I decided to bring her to an urgent care. We arrived bright and early on Sunday morning at 7am. The medical staff were professional, friendly and attentive to my wife's needs, making sure she felt comfortable during the entire visit."
