"I am reviewing for my fiance and after reading previous reviews of this facility It has confirmed my fiancé complaints and lack of good health/ wound care. Staff is complacent and seem to brush off patients concerns and rush him out of there. His wound on his legs has now gotten worse and to be honest never really healed. I would expect them to notice this and possibly escalate to another specialist or come up with another game plan to help him heal. Instead they do the same treatment week after week different nurse caring for his legs and re-wrapping them with no end in sight. I would not recommend this office to anyone or a loved one as their bedside manner is not tolerable as well."
"Dr Majeed is not just a wonderful person but also a Doctor who really took great care of me. I met him while I was in a coma for about 2 months. As he said to me that I was practically half dead. I had sepsis, in a coma, sacral wound stage 3/4, my lungs nearly collapsed and I was just skin & bones. I was his miracle patient! My sister (my real life angel) was looking over me while Dr Majeed was taking care of my wound care. I am so grateful for my sister and Dr Majeed and staffs like Andrea and Rachel to name a few. This facility is amazing for wound care. I know because they saved my life."
"When first coming here for wound care for my husband's venous stasis ulcer the staff was great. But since coming back for retreatment of the same thing the MA's and nursing staff has gotten very complacent in their jobs. It seems as if it is nothing more than a task instead of a career choice! All we are asking for is timely and care when dealing with sick and disabled people."
"I have to say that doctor Sabeeh & his whole team at Banner University & the wound clinic are absolutely amazing & wonderful. He has saved my life! every day for the past 4 months I was thinking when I go to sleep I would not wake up, he has been my angel he is taking me under his wing, not only him but his whole entire staff. Banner University was an amazing place to stay every single person we came in contact with was friendly, understanding, & helpful. After having so many surgeries to take out a tumor in my brain this is been a nightmare for me.. meeting Dr sabeeh Who has been the best thing & has healed me to where I'm actually feeling myself again. Thank you doctor & all your team!! you guys rock you are amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. & my family thanks you for giving their mom wife and daughter back..... Always ladonna"
"Dr. Majeed is the best, as is Jessica, and the wound clinic's awesome nurses and staff members. Dr. Majeed has been treating my stage 4 sacral wound for almost year and taken me from looking and feeling hopeless to healthy and happily healed! I was seriously ill (sepsis, coma, paralysis, etc...) and in tears much of last year, but Majeed's kind bedside manner, great skill and expertise put my mind at ease (and my family's too) as he did everything possible to make me whole again. Jessica is awesome and keeps everything running like a well oiled machine, ensuring I always had home health nursing care and wound supplies. The other nurses and office staff were always friendly, patient and helpful, keeping on top of my health insurance, no matter how tedious and timely it took. I know it's silly, and I'm so glad to be well, but after a year of seeing Dr. Majeed on a near weekly basis, I am really going to miss him and the wonderful workers at the Banner Wound Clinic in Phoenix."
