"I injured my knee and had to come to MBI for a couple of weeks for Physical Therapy. I started out on crutches, but moved very quickly to walking around with a compression and then no support. Ashton, Heidi, and Will were always welcoming and kind from my first appointment to my last. I felt like they met me where I was at and challenged me to do my best while also encouraging me to take breaks and rest when I needed it. I would often be paired with one PT for an appointment, but either of the other two would hop in to help out and keep things rolling if they were occupied. It was cool to see some great teamwork. If you’re looking for some folks that will make you feel comfortable and help you heal, I would recommend these three. Thanks again for helping me get my knee back in good shape."

"First I want to say that the good vibes from the staff has been everything. From the first time I walked into the office all I’ve gotten was warm greetings, smiles and the staffs undivided attention. Everyone and I do mean everyone knows my name and that’s a big deal for me when it comes to healthcare. The service is impeccable! I never have to wait for anything and the doctors and the physical therapy staff are knowledgeable and actually listen to my concerns when coming up with a treatment plan. With that said I want to give a big shout out to Ashton, Heidi, Will, Leigha, Dairah and Jose for all the hard work they do you guys rock!!!"

"The staff is more worried about their weekend instead of checking people in there on their phones and loligagging. They are already understaffed in the back don’t come in the afternoon its 2 plus hour wait and in the morning there just all standing in the front talking. Its been 20mins and i was still not checked and the girl who looks like a elf is rude as hell."

"I came here for a TB test, because my employer requires me to get one annually. MBI has to be the worst company for any services they provide. The wait time there is the absolute worst. I will be telling my employer to change contracts, because it's poor customer service and a waste of time coming here. Most of the time the staff doesn't know what they are doing. #SMH"

"Absolutely incredible lack of competence, first time here I waited in an exam room for over an hour, and they never communicated my next appointment time, second time they checked me in and then called me on the phone because they forgot which exam room I was in. Absolutely flabbergasted at the lack of professionalism and communication skills at place here. Go to the Kyrene location instead."
