"Dr. Tourville is amazing. She has the best bedside manner. She talks to you like you are a person and your concerns are valid. The staff is phenomenal. I needed an emergency new patient appointment, and the online booking team had me in the same day, when 10 other urology offices had a four to eight week late. The front office is polite and efficient. I even had one visit with Alexi who is also wonderful. I just left their surgery center, from check-in, to being roomed, the procedure and check out, each person treated me with kindness and compassion. I highly recommend AZ Urology and specifically Dr Tourville and her team!"
"The doctor is excellent but I have never worked with a more inept staff. Preop orders not until the day before. Stating appointment scheduled but it isn't. Giving address for the wrong office but the correct suite. Rescheduling without calling. 2 patient profiles. Not calling in post op scripts."
