"The worst doctor’s experience I’ve seen in my life, they look at the people as a moving Money they want to catch before it goes away They call me 10 days before my surgery asking for money but I’ve never get any phone calls about my health or what should I eat or how many days I need to rest after my surgery all the phone calls were about money Then they overcharged me by $966, when I called them back to get my money back it was so hard to do and I’m still not sure what’s gonna happen if I will ever get it back or not Also, right after my surgery, I had lots of pain and when I called the office, they gave me five weeks appointment to follow up. I’ve never seen after surgery. Follow up appointment more than 5 weeks. I can go on and on but anyways I’m sure no one cares."

"I liked Dr Ponas as he was both professional and personable. It would be nice if the office had an online check in so the patient can take care of that before they get there. Whenever I do the paper forms at a doctors office, it seems like the forms ask for redundant information. Plus the forms seem kind of dated."

"DO NOT GO HERE! They love to bill people for extra services. I am a Marine Veteran with no insurance and have been "Cash pay" for over 20 years. My last visit was August 2023. At the time of my routine annual visit I told them I don't have insurance and am "cash pay" so they asked me to pay $81.50 which I did then I saw the Dr. I had a regular consultation and didn't get any bloodwork or urine test or anything extra and when it was over I checked out and left. A month later I get a bill for $27.00 so I call the office I went to and they said that they didn't know what it was for and that I paid the correct amount so I called billing and they said they would look into it and get back to me which they never did. Long story short is here it is Jan 23rd and I am still getting bills for $27.00 and I went to the office again today and they said they don't handle billing and that the amount I paid was an "estimate". Once again I didn't have ANY EXTRA tests or anything performed while I was there and when you are "Cash Pay" you pay the full amount do at the time of service which I did. If I had performed an extra test or had to get lab work performed then I would completely understand while I was being billed extra but I didn't have anything else done. The office staff was rude and unwilling to help me even though I said I had been trying to resolve this situation for over 4 months now. I have an 825 credit score and zero debt and they want to send a $27 bill to collections because they refuse to correct their mistake of over charging me. If they are doing this to me then there are most definitely others that they are doing this to as well. STAY AWAY!!!"
